“When selling your home, most every seller's number one worry is that the house WON'T sell. While our sale might fall to the extreme right of the curve, Krista was able to sell our house within a few days of listing it! Sure, there are many factors that come into play with the timing of such, but the strengths Krista brought with her, I know played a part in such a quick sale. Her knowledge of the area and prospective buyer that would come through the house was top notch. This allowed us to select a price that was comfortable for us to sell at and attractive to the market.
